Summary: Very comfortable beds and clean rooms! The pool was nice.

Summary: My family stayed here for a holiday world trip. The hotel was fairly clean. The air was cold. The breakfast was very basic bare bones but the staff kept it well stocked and was friendly. I had issues with the bathroom supply bottles still having a shipping cap so the product couldn’t be squeezed out. Front desk didn’t have a key to fix it but she did provide products. The bed was very soft but for me too painful to sleep on. We didn’t use the pool so I didn’t even see it. I would stay here again.

Summary: The room itself was very very clean and the amenities were really great. The breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful and kind. The only thing is that the outside looks a little bit like it could use a makeover. We were very skeptical when we first pulled up to the building, but we were surprised at how nice the room was, and how comfortable and clean the beds were. We will say again, especially for the price!

Summary: When arrived we were greeted by a sweet lady that was very helpful and came out from behind the counter to show us around. Once we got to the room it smelled amazing everything seemed clean besides the bathroom floor was a little dirty. Nothing to bad. The pool was very clean and the music playing definitely was a hit. There is some restaurants nearby and the cinema was walking distance and very nice as well.

Summary: This was a nice hotel..The outside.couod.use some.sprucimg up but our room was very nice- the carpet looked new, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we had a microwave and a small fridge too. The front desk person was very personable and very polite. We checked in around 9:00 pm without any problems. The breakfast was nothing special but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful.
