Positive: The host -Graeme is the best host I have ever met. He was pro-active in his communication, offered us to come in early for check-in , extended our check out by A DAY. Helped fix the heater issue on a Christmas night- unbelievable!. Top bloke. Top place. Bethesda- didn't knew we are in the middle of the heaven until our day 2 when all our go to places were <5 miles making it such a nice strategic place to stay. I will definitely come back here.

Positive: Such a lovely cottage which had a cozy feel with quality furnishings. The bed was really comfy and the bath and shower were both perfect. Parking was easy just outside which was free. Really good location for zip world, Snowdon and Anglesey. We walked up Snowdon but unfortunately it rained so it was lovely to get back to the cottage to dry off and warm up! Nice to have a BBQ outside in the evening. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Positive: The host welcomed us at the door on arrival, despite the late hour. Throughout our stay, he was available for any questions or issues (not that there were many of the latter). The cottage is newly renovated and has all the amenities for an enjoyable self-catering stay. We liked some personal touches, such as branded slate coasters, an assortment of books about Wales or by Welsh authors, an album depicting the history of the cottage renovation, and the friendly cat who greeted us right on the night of arrival! :) Good Wi-Fi, an inner yard with a table to sit outdoors and a pile of timber to have a barbeque (we didn't get a chance to do that because of the weather though). There is a grocery store just round the corner, several places to eat out at, and the cottage is close to the main road crossing the town, so it is easy to travel to any destination in North Wales while staying in Bethesda. All in all, we had a great holiday there!
