No21 is a 3 bedroom house in a friendly residential area on the edge of Bethesda.
Downstairs, a spacious, well equipped kitchen diner and a seperate lounge with TV with Amazon firestick, and inglenook fireplace with wood burner. Good sized hallway with washing machine and dishwasher
There is also a oak framed rustic sun lounge with sofa seating which gets very warm on a nice day. The house benefits from a decent sized garden mainly laid to lawn with shrub borders. While we like to retain many original features of our houses, you'll be glad to hear that No21 has gas central heating and fast broadband.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms all with double beds, plus the largest has an additional single bed. The living room also has a sofa bed.
There is a communal parking area right next to the house, but we want you to know, the house is situated on the edge of Bethesda in an old part of town, the roads are narrow, and there is a 90 degree bend to get around, most cars are fine, but if you are in a minibus sized vehicle, there is alternative parking close by.
Just a few doors away there is a play park, so if you have young ones, its an easy way for them to let off steam before dinner. There is a local shop and post office nearby, and a pub mainly popular for its showing of sport TV. Bethesda High St is a 5 minute drive away, with more variety of shops, cafes and pubs. If you are prepared to go a bit further, there are many great places to eat.
Bethesda is a great base to explore the area. You are at the foot of the Ogwen Valley which takes you right into the heart of the mountainous Snowdonia National Park. Yet you are only half an hours drive to Anglesey and some beautiful beaches.
In Bethesda itself is the worldwide renowned Zipworld Velocity, the fastest zip line in the world. Also the Lon Las Ogwen cycle path which takes you up into the mountains or down to the university city of Bangor, passing close by the impressive National Trust, Penrhyn castle, which is well worth a visit.
Bangor has many of the main supermarkets and High Street stores and a wealth of restaurants and pubs, plus the recently opened Pontio Arts Centre.

Summary: Enough space for our family of five, good base for exploring snowdonia. The winter garden is lovely for sitting and reading or doing just nothing. For tall people , be aware of low door frames

Summary: The cottage has been wonderful, very carefully refurbished, beautifully decorated and very clean. All the communication was easy and timely. There were chocolates, wine and milk, as well as teas, coffee and cooking essentials (olive oil, spices, salt and sugar etc). Eco-friendly and sustainable solutions in terms of the toiletries and housekeeping products provided. The location is great, WiFi very good and parking convenient. 5 starts accomodation, we will be sure to return.

Summary: 21 Brittania Street was exactly what we were looking for. It has 3 good size double bedrooms with the option of a sofa bed in the lounge too. It was clean and tidy on arrival and has a nice garden area. As for Lynne, the host, we couldn't ask for anymore. We travelled from 5 hours away and made good time so I phoned Lynne and asked if we could check in early and she kindly said yes. She also provided us with milk, bread, butter and eggs on arrival. On check out morning Lynne text me to ask how our stay had been and gave us the option to check out at 12pm instead of 10am. I would definitely recommend this property and Lynne as a host. What's more it was very well placed for our trip, just a short drive from zip world to take on velocity 2, which by the way is well worth a go.
