Positive: From the start we felt welcomed and were even offered to have our bags brought up, which was not necessary as we pack light but the gesture was appreciated. The owner and staff greeted us and always asked us if everything was alright whenever we saw them. The apartment is centrally located right on the shopping street. It was quiet in the evening and also quiet when the double windows were closed. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. In the kitchen authentic nespresso capsules were provided, which we know are not always easy to find and they are some of the best coffees so every morning was a great start to the day. They also provided dish soap and cloth and drying towel and lots of cooking and eating utensils. The only thing we had to buy was what we ate. They cleaned the apartment and refreshed our towels several times during our one week stay. For the checkin, there is a checkin bell at the entrance. Just ring it; too easy.

Positive: Proximity to attractions and bus/tram stops. The owner spoke to us briefly and was so nice, he’s so welcoming and helpful. The bed was king size (i think) and very comfy to sleep at.

Negative: If anything, the stairs since we stayed on the top floor (but we didn’t mind) cause it’s only a few steps for every level. They also have this hydraulic equipment to help us lift our luggages to our room. Amazing!

Negative: It was totally fine with us, but there are a lot of stairs, especially if you’re staying on the top floor as we were. It added to the overall charm of the place.

Positive: The location was excellent, right in the historic center of Salzburg and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We were just a short walk from so many of the local attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, with nicely furnished with unique details. There was also a functional kitchen with complementary coffee and tea. The unit was air conditioned, which was great for the warm summer days during our stay.
