Positive: The location was amazing. Having a modern appointed apartment in the old part of the town was perfect. It is walking distance to everywhere. We didn’t catch public transport once in the 5 days we were there - and we saw everything on the must see list - plus some. All communications were through what’s app and were timely, concise and easy to understand. Well done, you have a great place.

Negative: The stairs, but you only have to carry the bags up once. It is well worth the effort once you get to the room. The little otter half way up was a welcome distraction…..

Summary: Great location, perfect apartment and excellent communications.

Positive: The location was superb, with the city centre and public transport only a 5–10 minute walk away. It was very easy to get around. The accommodation is located in a quiet and charming side street. There's a wonderful hiking trail with amazing viewpoints located just above the accommodation. Everything is new and modern. The room and bed were spacious. We didn't meet the owner or staff as communication was through WhatsApp. We arrived a little before check-in time, but were allowed to access the room early. There is coffee, tea, electrical kettle and small refrigerator available. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, with a few minor suggestions for improvement and notes. Note: In case you missed the information on Booking.com, a city tax is payable at the end of your stay,

Negative: Just minor notes - we enjoyed our stay! ⭐️ The bathroom for the top-floor accommodation is located in the hallway "outside" the room, but I don't think it's used by anyone other than the guests who have rented the room. There is a glass door to the bathroom, so bear this in mind if you are sharing the room with someone you are not completely comfortable with. As two females, we could have used an extra mirror in the wash/toilet room to get ready in the morning. There were no hand towels, but we found one in the closet. It would be helpful to have a trash can in the wash-/toilet room for ladies during the time of the month. It would have been the icing on the cake to have shampoo and body wash available.

Positive: The flat was really nice, clean and comfortable, and quite close of the city centre, which is of course very useful and practical for tourists. The "king size" bed was also very comfortable.

Negative: We were a bit surprised not to have a reception desk, as we thought we had booked a room in a classical hotel. The information given by the owner via Whatsapp was clear to acceed to the flat. But I have sent him a question, via the same Whatsapp channel, without getting an answer. We were also surprised that the toilet was adjacent to the room, and not inside it (contrary to the bathroom); it was not such a big problem, as we were the only customers in the flat, but anyway... A few additionnal suggestions about minor details: - a small desk (if people want to write something, e.g. postcards or anything else) would be useful, as well as a second chair - a broom available in the room would be fine too to clean up some dirt (for example, we came into the flat with some dirt on the wheels of our luggage, and we were not able to sweep it aside).

Negative: A bit too small - compared to expectations in the photos. The private WC was outside the main room which was a bit unconfortable expecially during the night.
