Positive: The staff was fantastic! Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and attentive. The property had a great vibe and it was clean!

Negative: The rooms were a bit small but that’s New York. They used the limited space very well. You had everything you needed.

Summary: Next time we’re in town we will gladly stay there again.

Positive: The room was very clean and quiet (by NYC standards). The concept behind CitizenM - smalll room and amazing common space. The roof top bar was fantastic... as was the common space near the lobby. We had fun haning out in both.

Negative: The room is very small. Difficult with two (small suitcases) not to be a bit cramped and cluttered. Would have been easier if I was alone on a trip.

Positive: Location was great for our purposes, which is why we booked there. And was quite clean. And the room was quiet.

Negative: I didn't realize the size of the room! It does have a king sized bed, but for two people, one person has to climb over to the window side, as the room is literally the width of the length of the bed and the bed is against the window. It is not good for staying in the room for any length of time. The rooftop was not open the hours that they said it would be.

Summary: Underwhelmed given the price.

Positive: Excellent location, view from our room was exceptional. Really cool hotel and close to the subway.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like! We were aware the room was a small size, but who stays in the room all day?!
