Positive: It’s accessibility. Near a bus stop from the airport. There’s also a train station nearby. Mix of shops and restaurants for different budgets. Check in was quick and staff spoke good English. We were also given cold bottled water on arrival which was very much welcomed due to the heat. They also kept our luggages for us. Communication was clear prior to our arrival regarding directions to the place, so there was no struggle to find it at all. Size of the room was just right for 3 people, and everything worked fine.

Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect for our needs. However, I will just point out a few things. Some people might get put off by the state of the building, particularly the lifts, but it was fine for us. The building has security. We stayed in a triple room which was just in front of the hostel’s reception. We can hear loud conversations outside, but they were infrequent. Outside, the area was really busy, but we actually liked that we get to see and feel the atmosphere of the place we’re visiting. All of these did not ruin our stay. We will be happy to stay again, especially for the price we paid for.

Positive: Great location, room was a lot better than the photos. Close to MRTs, the staff member who check us in was really informative and nice and gave us good recommendations. Great price for location. Also super powerful shower

Negative: The check in building was a block away from the building we stayed in, so was a little tiring moving our heavy backpacks up one block of flats, to then be moved to another block down the street. Apart from this we rate this really high thank you!

Positive: Excellent location very near Sogo in Causeway Bay, Via ctoria Park. We'll equiped - bed curtains, plenty of hangers and hooks in the apartment and bathrooms, terrace areas, staff including Dan and Amy were helpful.

Negative: Noisy and inconsiderate guests making too much noises in the morning and at night ( into 12 pm), partly because it is an apartment with cubicals and beds around the living room with sitting and working desk. Guests therefore took liberty to think they could use it anytime. I suggest management stop the lighting at 11 pm, in line with their note reminders of quiet time from 11 pm onward. I won't return though everything else were quite good.

Positive: I traveled with my 69yo mum and 13yo daughter. The room was lovely and clean. The AC worked awesome in keeping the room cool despite 3 of us all being in there. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I thought the room was good value for money. It is Hong Kong so was expecting a room much smaller than other accommodations. There was enough room for our luggage and us. There is only a small walkway between the beds so might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Location in Causeway Bay is ideal for shopping and food!

Negative: The lift was a bit of a squeeze with all our bags and the 3 bodies.

Positive: The facilities were simple but very organized, clean, and neat. The bed was comfortable, with clean sheets, and the air conditioner was more than enough to handle Hong Kong's summer nights. I got a room update and ended up staying in a 2-bed room with a roommate. Ngl it gave us a "sisters time" as luckily, we had a good match. The owner was sensible and flexible with my arriving schedule on the first day, which made me really satisfied/grateful for his adaptation, as I got there really tired after my flight. This place has a wonderful location with amazing cost-effectiveness. I highly recommend it for short-term and low-cost seeking travelers 👌

Negative: Nothing really bothered me. As I said before, the facilities were simple, and I didn't have much contact with the workers, but since I was busy sightseeing, the place fitted well into my expectations.
