Summary: I spent two nights at CDH and everything from checking in to checking out was very easy. The food for breakfast was excellent and quickly served. The room I had was good sized and was very clean. I would recommend this B&B for any trip to the Providence RI area.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect for accessing downtown Providence. The convention center and a plethora of restaurants are in walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and convenient. We had access to everything we could ask for or need. The service and food were great, and there was ample space for parking our car. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Providence.

Summary: A very unique experience in an old house. Room was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent. The common room and breakfast allowed us to interact with other guests. Close enough to walk to downtown.

Summary: Beautiful room! The immediate area is a quaint neighborhood with a coffee shop next door, but it is too far to walk downtown; we took an Uber back at night because even during the day, we felt a bit unsafe walking past the State House and along the river before getting to RISD. In the future I would definitely drive and park downtown instead. Breakfast was the best I've had in a B&B! The check-in process was slightly confusing: you need to only ring the doorbell once and then just trust that they have heard you and are on their way, even though you may have to wait a minute (and you wont hear sound or anything letting you know that you rang the doorbell successfully).

Summary: This property was full of charm with wide plank wood floors and comfy bedding. The breakfast was delicious and staff was kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking, which is needed, as you’re up by the highway.
