This darling cottage packs a punch with it's modern, white kitchen and charming thoughtful layout. A stylish, queen size bedroom with closet space leads right off of the living room area and the opposite bedroom is furnished with a full size bed with a twin trundle pull out if needed. You will also find a desk in this room if remote work is needed. This cottage is such a delight and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Location quiet, peaceful and close to beach while still being near downtown Newport. Pets OK with fee! Laundry! AC mini splits in bedrooms! Parking for 2 cars

Summary: We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again.
