Charming 3 bedroom house with a great yard and off-street parking. Why pay for a hotel when you can have a whole house?
Guest access
Guests currently have access to the driveway, yard, and the upstairs ONLY. The basement is in the process of renovation for it is not available at this time. Please limit all activties to the upstairs main floor only.
Other things to note
There currently is no wifi available. There is a smart TV that you can screen share to or use a Hotspot with. Wood for the fireplace is NOT provided. Should you decide to use the fireplace we respectfully ask that you make sure you open the damper correctly and that when the fire is out that you close the damper all the way. Summary: Stayed here with girlfriends for a weekend and got us just right. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch and a fire pit at night. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating

Summary: This was the perfect spot for a weekend in Charlottesville for a wedding! The process was seamless and the owner was communicative and accommodating. The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The location was great - only a 5 minute drive to downtown/campus and we were able to walk to places as well. Only notes would be that there is not wi-fi (this was fine for us), the single bed was quite squeaky, and it smelled strongly of pumpkin spice (could be a pro or con depending on your taste though). Overall I would definitely recommend staying here to both a stranger and a friend!

Summary: The home was absolutely perfect for our needs while we moved us and our two dogs to a nearby home in Charlottesville. The house itself was super cute and well furnished. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was really big so we could walk the dogs there if we didn't want to traverse down the block. The best part, though, was the host- thoughtful and communicative from booking to check out. I have no doubt that if I needed something she'd have facilitated immediately.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time staying with Nicole for a quick weekend trip. She was very communicative and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was well stocked (shampoos, towels, etc.). Only feedback I would give is regarding some of the furniture, particularly the bed, could use an update. We also did not have wifi while we were there but this was not an issue for us-- I would just double check before booking if you need it.
