Summary: This house was awesome. It’s in a great location in Belmont. It’s very easy to walk to a ton of good spots, and vineyards and hikes are a very short drive away. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to be totally comfortable. It also felt very safe for our toddler immediately, so that was a huge benefit. We could just let her roam freely without worrying. She really enjoyed it too.

Summary: This was the best spot for exploring Charlottesville! Close to everything, comfortable rooms and good working A/C. We had a baby and toddler with us and appreciated the extra things for kids like the books, bathroom stool, and swingset in the backyard. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Perfect location in the heart of residential C-Ville. Charming historic cottage with modern updates - the perfect size for a small family (we stayed with our 6yo and he loved it - especially the super cool loft and backyard) or small group of friends. The owners (who live nextdoor and are super nice and accommodating) have thought of everything…and there were tons of nice little touches like eclectic record and book collections, kids games, and a great sound system.
