Summary: The amenities we expected weren’t there. The hot tub was down and out of service, no game room for kids, indoor pool was under maintenance and in our room there were issues with the toilet in our room and other problems such as cold food served from downstairs cafe. It just wasn’t what we usually see from this hotel.

Summary: This is a Beautiful Place inside and outside and you are met at the front door with Friendly Doormen interested in your Stay; This is a Full Service Hotel and there are people and services everywhere; The only negative was it was Freezing inside and many guests and even Workers felt so; With a cool down the next day they could have turned off the Air Conditioning and it would have still been Freezing for a Week; Do a Servey of Guests and depend on them to say how warm or cold it should be; Not Management deciding in a Bubble; Otherwise Awesome and wonderful Teamwork there;

Summary: Great experience. Friendly check-in, plenty of parking, beautiful view of the lake. They even have boat slip rentals, so I will definitely return and bring my boat. Very nice restaurant. Full service place.

Summary: The hotel itself was nice, and the bed—while firm—was still comfortable. The valet attendants were outstanding and truly the highlight of the stay. However, there were some disappointing aspects. During our entire three-night stay, housekeeping never cleaned the room, picked up dishes or trash, or brought fresh towels, despite us being gone early each day. For a resort, this was unexpected. Additionally, the spa and indoor pool were closed for renovations, which would have been helpful to know before booking. The resort fee also felt questionable, as many of the “resort” amenities were either unavailable or required an extra charge to use. I’ve traveled extensively across the U.S., and for the price, I’ve definitely experienced better value elsewhere.
