Summary: The condo was very nice. The only issue we had was the noise from the people in the condo above us. But you had mention that could be an issue. We would definitely not want to stay in a bottom floor unit again. Thank you!

Summary: Made this reservation last minute as a spring break vacation for my 12 year old daughter. The location was safe and comfortable. The owners accommodated an additional night due to vehicle issues which we really appreciated. They also picked up some new games to replace the broken ones and replaced a missing first aid kit. Summary: Great trip to Branson! The condo was perfect for our needs (3 adults and 1child). Great location, clean and well maintained! We used the indoor pool and it also was clean and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and provided lots of guidance on the area. Would recommend to others looking for a place to stay in Branson or the Ozark area.

Summary: LOVED how it was minimally decorated and not themed in decor. We loved that there was a pack’n’play with mattress and sheets as well as a high chair. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Only downfall was there was a huge recess in the mattress due to use (even after rotating it) and the memory foam retained body heat. But those can’t really be helped. We were very pleased!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Point Royal Resort. It is very close to Branson and all the restaurants and shows, but you feel very removed from all the noise and traffic. The condo was clean but needed some love and attention. Overall, a good value for your money.
