Positive: It is really close to Okatse canyon (near to Martvili canyon, and Prometheus cave). They offered an outstanding breakfast. They upgraded our room from standard to deluxe because there were only a few guests. The owner was very kind (the receptionist didn't work that day, so he -with weaker english- managed us, but it went well). They even prepared us a dinner (which was discussed earlier via booking, they only needed a reminder and we had to choose from the menu in advance).

Negative: The owner's dog tries to play with you, but to someone who is not into dogs it is a little bit disturbing. But this is only a minor inconvenience. :)
