Positive: Excellent location at the entrance of Prometeus Cave, perfect for rainy days. The breakfast as well as dinner were truly delicious and rich.

Negative: Unfortunately, sauna and wellness were not operating during our stay. It turned out that sauna was also quite small.

Summary: Excellent location, overall good with chances for improvement

Positive: Location - just next to Prometeus cave

Negative: Too many things didn't work as expected. For example, a door to a bathroom could be fully closed. Toilet required playing with flush buttons to operate. Bathrobes were of different kind and one without a belt. Doors to spa zome were open, with with lights switched off and sauna/jacuzzi turned off. Internet wasn't working for 2 days with no visible attempts to fix it. Overall - newly built and poorly run hotel to provide overnight stay for large organised groups travelling by bus. Solo/family travellers are likely not their target audience.
