Take in the amazing views of the Pacific and the beach from your expansive yard on one of the comfortable wooden chairs. There is a shared gas grill, which can be a great place to cook. The home was also recently updated to add a full kitchen with an electric stove and oven and all the essential kitchen utensils and dishware you could need.
This beautiful property is located on the exclusive Patrick's Point Drive area, less than three miles north of the village of Trinidad and three miles south of Patrick's Point State Park. The latter is an excellent place for outdoor enthusiasts as you can hunt for agates, explore tidepools, and walk through a jungle of shrubs and trees. There are a few local restaurants nearby, but if you're looking for more dining options, downtown Trinidad is the place to visit. Trinidad's beaches are considered some of the most beautiful in the world; Trinidad State Beach is two miles away, Old Home Beach is three miles away, and Baker Beach is less than four miles south.

Summary: The location of this house is perfect! It is a beautiful view of the ocean! The house itself was very nice. A little dated but comfortable overall. The biggest issue is that when you are trying to contact someone it seems like it is always a different person who maybe has never even been to the house or seen the property. Also there was not clear communication of how many were supposed to be done. For instance on the checkout instructions it said to load the dishwasher and start it but there is no dishwasher. The communication should be personalized for each property. That being said it was awesome to be able to wake up to the ocean every morning and watch the sunset each night.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and had great access to the Redwood parks. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the west coast while being close to the parks. We did visit during the foggy season and had our view blocked 50% of the trip so just keep the seasons in mind and know what to expect. Definitely check out Larrupin Cafe and Trinidad Bay Eatery. It is definitely a small town but still has a couple small shops and restaurants to enjoy and of course the scenery 😊

Summary: Lovely studio with full kitchen. Setting is spectacular view of ocean with an outdoor area to enjoy. It was a great location for Redwoods and beach adventures. Owner recommended Fern Canyon hike which you need an entry pass for. We were able to get a next day pass at 9 and it was wonderful. There are stairs down to the suite.
