We are very glad to invite you to the spacious Charming house CEDRO -130 m². Enjoy holidays at lake devote to sports and nature in the countryside of Rome. Rome is only 50 minutes away by car. The Charming home CEDRO is located within the Country resort "Villa La Paiola", on the green shores of Lake Vico. The well-kept 2ha park offer to you a stunning view of lake Vico. The proximity of Rome allows you to organize frequent visits to Vatican. In addition, the area has a significant ornithological interest, given the presence of several species of predators. Birdwatching is possible practice from the garden. The paths for walking among the trees is absolutely unique in whole area of Latium.
The nearest lake Vico ( 470m asl ) allows kayaking, canoeing, swimming, windsurfing. Sporting equipment: kayak, canoe and bike can be rented at the lake. The green beaches and banks of the lake are well equipped to welcome you.
The particularity of the Charming house Cedro is its large green garden with a stunning lake view. The house is accessible from magnificent terrace facing the lake (650m asl), carefully equipped for outdoor meals in shadow of the vine pergola. The house extends over three levels and is composed by: two double bedrooms, one with a lake view, another with en-suit bathroom. A huge living/dining room has well-equipped kitchenette. The living has access up to the wooden loft, which contains two single beds. Small room for wardrobe. Three complete bathrooms with shower. The panoramic terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and is connected with living. From there, a breathtaking view.

Summary: Beautiful and well kept property that invites spending time outdoors on its breathtaking grounds. Our toddler felt free to run around and explore. This is a peaceful place. You’ll need your car to drive to the lakefront. Inside, the house has two comfortable bedrooms and a loft. The living room and kitchen are functional and clean, but limited in size. All the more reason to be outside! New BBQ grill was a big plus. Windows and doors do not have screens, and while there are country bugs there are no mosquitos! Bathrooms work very well and one is recently renovated. A long hallway offers practical shelving and hanging space. Warm and professional hosts that went out of their way to make sure we had a happy and relaxing stay. They offered a complimentary cottage apartment to accommodate our larger group, toddler toys for the lake and rainy days, and handy umbrellas!

Summary: enjoyed the peace in and around the house, made many cultural trips, laughed a lot and chatted 14 days of quality time with my kids. A workout or a swim together. The pool and lake nearby were a wonderful pastime.
