Summary: Great home for a weekend with family and friends. The house was comfortable and Justin was great to work with. We loved the setup and the upgrades in the house while still having the historic charm.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at the house and how close it was to everything in town. We were able to use the washer and dryer with ease! The kitchen was also set up well so it was easy to cook and serve food. We did not love that both bathrooms had tubs but we made it work. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

Summary: We fell in love with this spacious Waverly home! Perfect location to town, School and neighboring sites. Newly remodeled Kitchen and features, yielded a comfortable stay. Hosts were wonderful with communication and tips for our stay. We will be back!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Waverly Cottage! The home is beautiful and comfortable, and was the perfect home base for our friend's wedding weekend. The home is in a great location, within walking distance to the Rail Trail and plenty of spots to grab a coffee or bite to eat. The shower downstairs was a bit tricky to maneuver and the house itself is not disability accessible, but we had zero problems with this during our stay. The beds are all wonderful and there was plenty of space for our group. Justin was extremely responsive and check-in and -out were very easy. We would definitely stay here again- this would be such a great spot in the summer when it is finally nice to sit outside!
