Summary: The room we booked and were assigned to wasn’t clean. The bed was unmade from prior guests and garbage was around room on night stands, etc. Hotel desk staff apologized and gave us a different room but it wasn’t the same caliber as the room we reserved. She said we “should” receive a little refund since it was a lesser room, but not sure that will actually happen (hasn’t so far to the best of our knowledge.) Breakfast sat out so long in the warmers that the bottom was burnt and hard. I ate cereal instead and we went out for breakfast the remaining days of our stay. Despite air conditioning, the rooms had a musty/humid smell. The hotel seemed to be trying to control that with dehumidifiers in the hallway. Workout space was adequate. We really appreciated having towel/housekeeping service each day. That was a pleasant surprise.

Summary: My son goes to college here in Waverly. It took me two years to find this gem, but once I did it is now the ONLY place I stay at while visiting him. This is my fourth or fifth visit and every time it is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING!

Summary: Height of tub was high for a handicap room. Breakfast was was cool Sunday morning. Room was roomy, TV remote would not scroll down and one outlet by the window next to the bed worked on the top but not on the bottom. Overall the stay was good!

Summary: We stayed here for one night as we had a college visit. The beds were comfortable and the room was so clean. The breakfast was amazing. We will be back for our next visit at Wartburg.

Summary: First time staying at a Cobblestone Inn and stayed for a weekend. It is basically of the same look and quality of a Hampton Inn with the breakfast of a motel 6. The rooms have everything you need; a tv, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It appears to be kept up. There is a small bar where alcoholic drinks are served with a sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The selection is next to nothing and what they did serve was soggy french toast sticks and watered down eggs. Overall, it was a fine place to stay. The rooms were basic with what you need and it is located near several restaurants and bars and just a couple miles away from the college.
