Summary: My husband, teenage son and I loved staying at this cottage. We stayed at the owner's other property earlier this summer when we had more people with us. The experience and property were so great we tried the smaller cottage this time and were equally impressed. Location to town and beach is ideal, cleanliness was perfect. It all worked very well for us including the outdoor dining table and outside shower. I highly recommend this property for a family of 3.

Summary: Lovely cottage in the absolute perfect location. Short 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Nice outdoor shower, bonfire pit and outdoor space including a bbq to grill up the fresh caught bluefish. Our family bikes the entire island from here, quick access to most bike paths.

Summary: There were 4 of us and this historic little cottage met our needs. We had privacy on the dead end street and easy access to town. The cottage itself is small but charming. It fit our needs just fine. Lovely outdoor area to sit and relax, play games and grill. The owner was very flexible & easily accessible. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor showers. Summary: We had an amazing week in Nantucket. House was just what we needed - perfect for the 3 of us. (note : second bedroom is tiny with only a twin bed. Main house on property is much bigger if you have more than 5 people) Location was perfect, In town but tucked on a side street with huge yard and lots of outdoors seating.. We felt like we were further out in countryside. We rode bikes everywhere.! Definetly will stay there next summer. Thank you Deirdre❤️
