Summary: Lovely, cozy , immaculate cottage equipped with everything necessary and just a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Jason is a wonderful host and replied immediately to my inquiries which was much appreciated . This was our first visit to Pine Point Beach, and we look forward to visiting again!

Summary: This was our second time staying at "The Moorings". Super squeaky clean, and well curated decor in every room. Cozy and intimate. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, everything seemed brand new. We love the short walk to the beach and local seafood restaurants. We were lucky to have sunrise and low tide coincide to enjoy an early morning walk to the exposed point. We'll be back!

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the cottage. We wouldn't pick this cottage again. One of us is deathly allergic to bee stings and there was no mention of a bush with a swarm of bees next to the front door. It made it stressful. menti
