Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and easy for walking to many sights, restaurants, cafes, and more. The apartment was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was bigger than many other places we have stayed. We definitely recommend this apartment. Summary: .Well proportioned and nicely appointed property in the centre historique area of the city. Close to transport links to the beaches and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, this was our second visit to this property, i would definitely recommend booking here if you plan to explore the Pays Catalan region.

Summary: This apartment is simply perfect in every way. I'm tempted to say "don't stay here" just so I can have it to myself! My wife and I stayed here for 30 days, occasionally visited by a relative or two. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with everything you could want or need for a long or short stay, and easily accommodates up to 4 people. The location is wonderful, the owner, his wife and his friend are all very helpful, and I just wanted to stay on forever!

Summary: Excellent location. Near everything in the historic district. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. Kitchen was well appointed. No AC that we could tell so it would get a bit hot during the day in summer, but the cool nights were nice.

Summary: This is a spacious, very comfortable, clean ,well organized, tastefully decorated apartment. We were there for one month from mid February to mid March,2018. The kitchen is modern, efficient ,quite chique with many amenities.It is located in the centre of the old city of Perpignan & is close to restaurants, markets, bus routes. It is in a charming, clean, safe neighbourhood.The train station is about a 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by bus. Benoit & Chantal are a charming, very welcoming couple who want nothing but the best for you. We would definitely stay there again as our preferred place to stay in Perpignan.
