Summary: This is a brilliant base for living in a French community and having easy access through public transport to the Mediterranean coasts of both France and Spain. As soon as we made the booking we were contacted by Patrice, the property owner, who made us aware that we could contact him at any time with regard to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay. We were given a very warm welcome by him on our arrival which had been delayed due to the airline. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained all the facilities you could possibly need. The highlight for us was the outside roof terrace which was in the sunlight all day, perfect for relaxing and al-fresco dining. We thought Perpignan was a beautiful city, the people very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect holiday.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks in Perpignan. The Apartment was great , nothing missing. We enjoyed the evenings outside on the big balcony, sometimes until midnight. The days we went to the beach and discovered a Little bit of the surrounding. It was a great pleasure to get to know Patrice. He gave a lot Information to spent the spare time and visit nice places !!!! We`ll come back next year. Dear Patrice ! We felt so comfortable in your apartment and enjoyed the communication with you.
