Positive: We liked that it had four separate bedrooms with full beds. The house is very spacious. The location was perfect. And, we liked the full kitchen.

Negative: The back stairs were a little precarious. But, we managed.

Positive: Location great for our purpose. Design was attractive and “historic”. Common area was nice.

Negative: Heating system was poor and uneven. Even after reporting to host and adjusting the thermostat, it still didn’t work properly. Unacceptable for price point of property. Also, “1/2 bath” was really more of a “water closet”.

Summary: While it suited our purpose, and we enjoyed our stay, it was very annoying that after charging a $320 cleaning fee, ever
