The bedrooms feature, (1) Master bedroom overlooking the Indian River with 1 king bed and on suite batroom, (2) Queen bedroom w/ Queen bed overlooking the Indian River and shared bathroom and (3) 2 full/queen beds with a side view of the Indian River, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Sleeps 8 With amenities like a washer/dryer, AC/Heat, WiFi, large screen TV's in every room, 100ft dock to park your boat or jump in the river for a swim. enjoy the Dolphins playing from the screened in patio. You'll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. The Master bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, down stairs bathroom is a full bathroom. Summary: Fantastic house to stay in. I was Kayaking with dolphins every morning.The only downside to the stay was all the construction going on, both sides of the house.

Summary: I absolutely loved the house, the patio and the pier. I could have stayed longer. We loved listening to the water for hours on end. I would love to stay at that house again. Derek is quite an attentive host - just a wonderful guy!

Summary: Home was very welcoming and immaculate! Couldn't ask for anything better!!! The views were phenomenal from every window. We fished and watched the dolphine out on the deck

Summary: We planned a holiday getaway to visit with family in Florida and this rental was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as pictured. Beautifully furnished and the location was perfect. We woke up each morning to see dolphins swimming past the private dock and we even saw a manatee on our last day. It was so serene and we couldn’t have ask for more!

Summary: This house was perfect for us. We have two kids and a pup and we were visiting family. The house gave us the space for everyone to come together for meals and to enjoy the dock. It also gave us a place as a family to relax and enjoy the water, the TV and also the sunrises. I can’t think of a better place to stay when you’re visiting than this house. We will be back.
