Positive: The location is great. Very easy access the all restaurants, shops, entertainment. Great pool and ideal beach swimming location in front of the surf club

Positive: The position, the pool, the view from unit 13 were all perfection! I see in review people complain of the car park, we have a large 4WD and reversed in with ease every-time. There are sign of some updating, new carpet and couches etc.

Negative: Unit 13 was so unclean it was unhygienic. I spent 4 hours cleaning to get it to a standard we could continue our stay. There was mould on window frames, in cupboards and in air con. Furniture, floor and cupboards was covered in dust. I emailed the offsite managers with no reply. Once I cleaned it place, and ran every piece of equipment, utensils and crockery through the dishwasher we had a nice time.

Summary: A clean unit is a basic requirement that was not met at this time.

Negative: 2 dead cockroaches - 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge area. One live one in the bedroom which was dispatched.

Negative: It wasn't clean. Fridge was not clean, fan didn't work, carpet was not vacuum well, vents on doors were dusty, vents in the ceiling as well. So not real happy. Paid good money to stay there.
