Summary: The property was not serviced after the previous tenant. This was rectified reasonably. Some windows did not close, the TV’s did not work and the air condition the 2nd bedroom did not work.

Summary: Spacious and clean apartment in good location for restaurants and shops, although is situated directly opposite a caravan park which blocks most of the view of the Bay and has a row of rubbish bins that sit permanently on the pavement. The apartment has decent and comfortable lounge and dining furniture, the kitchen is adequately equipped and it has a good laundry. There is a main bathroom, but we only used the ensuite, which was clean with good water pressure. Ceiling fans and air-con all worked well, so nothing was malfunctioning. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives. The underground parking area is very tight and only suitable for small cars, so we'd recommend taking the chance on parking on the Esplanade for larger vehicles. Two other guests opted to do this during our 3-night stay. The pillows were awful, so would recommend taking your own. .Also, there was no hairdryer, so take your own if required.
