Positive: The animals and the facilities were beautiful. Delicious food. My husband left a shirt behind, and they kindly couriered it back to us in Pretoria. The staff was very friendly and showed us all around the property.

Negative: While the dinner was very good, the portions felt a bit small to us. We loved our beautiful chalet, but our neighbors were talking out on their porch all night and we could hear every word. While there is probably nothing that can be done about thin windows and a thatch roof to make them sound proof, maybe it would help if people were given “quiet hours”, and reminded of such when checking in.

Positive: location was great, dinner and breakfast was great. Personnel is great. We booked a trip to Addo in the accomodation and this was great. Can recommend, the guide Shane was great. Food was delicious and all personnel takes good care of you. The lodge has all needed and great look out over the country side.
