Positive: Everything about the facilities. Charming conversion of a derelict chapel. Lots of added touches and exceptional use of the space. The lecturn was amusing ! Close to village facilities with plenty of pubs and takeaways and a co-op with petrol station and cash point a stones throw away. Secure gated parking.

Negative: Water company using land in close proximity causing unpleasant smells and noise in week days. Out of the owners hands and won't be ongoing long term. Nothing else to say apart from we noticed 2 forks were missing from set, but wasn't an issue for us. Would be perfect for us if the facility was dog friendly.

Positive: This was a stunning place to stay. We couldn't fault it. Very clean. Great location. The instructions were very clear and helpful. The welcome pack was a pleasant surprise! The jacuzzi bath was an added bonus, especially when you've completed Jacob's Ladder!! 2 minutes walk into the town. The Hope and Anchor pub was very welcoming, very good food, worth a visit.

Positive: Fantastic renovation of former chapel. Great facilities, comfortable bed and great jacuzzi bath. Located in lovely town with everything you need for a few days away. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend No 1 cottage. Amazing welcome basket too, which was a nice touch.
