this lovely little house is perfect for your holiday in Tuscany. It is wonderful for 2, but can accomodate up to 4 people. The house is full of charm but is also perfectly equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, barbecue and WiFi of course ! it has its own garden with loungers and dinner table facing the most gorgeous landscape of hills, olive trees, cypreses , palms and perfect agricultrural land . The property is very large , and has a long private 12 X 4 m pool ( shared only with occupants of the larger house ,if present) from the little house a private path leads directly to your private side of the pool equipped with umbrellas, loungers and small tables, the property is the last of a charming village just out of an artist’s sketchbook on top of a hill where time has stopped , the perfect place for «dolce farniente»from the parking space to the house you have to go about 200 on foot, we provide help ( wherl barrow, carts) for carrying your luggage

Summary: My two children (10 and 13) couldnt have hoped for a more special place to spend our holiday. The house really was charming, the pool was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The proximity to shops and beautiful Lucca was amazing too. Thank you Nina for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

Summary: We wanted to see a different part of Tuscany to the north of the typical Pisa, Sienna, Florence triangle. We chose here for Lucca, and are so glad we did. The little villa was great with everything we needed, marrying taste and practicality. The gardens splendid, pool excellent, views amazing, hosts wonderful. Nina & Giulio we felt privileged to have shared your small piece of paradise up in the hills and to have met you, thanks for your hospitality. We hope to come back.

Summary: We had a great vacation in the little casina at Nina and Julio´s place They were wonderful hosts and very helpful as to where we could go to explore the area. The house was authentic and clean, well equipped and with a great view over the Tuscan hills. It was lovely to also be able to enjoy the pool and our own private patio. All in all extremely recommendable.
