Positive: It is a fantastic place. Wonderful rooms, the whole space is unique. Very good food - breakfasts and especially dinners are unforgettable. The waiter will advise wine. On top of that, there is exceptional music. You will remember it for a long time.

Negative: Parking information. The booking.com says that there is a parking lot, but at the same time the hotel says that there may not be enough space. In September, there was a place. And then there is Francesca. Everyone writes how great she is. It's true, she is. Unfortunately, when you stop being a guest, Francesca loses interest in you. After leaving, I asked her about the name of the wine they served. To this day, I have not received an answer.

Positive: magnificent villa in a Tuscan mountains. Beautiful environment with every possible amenities,gorgeous rooms with stunning views,pool, garden and the villa that is filled with history , beautiful decor and exceptional style. Francesca,the owner is one of the best hostess I ever met. She and her team created a very special environment for vacation. Home made meals prepared by fantastic chef. I can’t wait to come back!

Positive: Francesca was a wonderful host. Our room was lovely, the outside space complete with the sofa area under cover and the pool with lots of flowers was in a beautiful setting. Really enjoyed our stay. Food was more than plentiful, carefully prepared. I would have liked to be able to read what the 4 courses were going to be so I could have paced myself.. Or left out a course.

Negative: A tea/coffee tray in the room would have been a nice touch so we could make early morning coffee and a tea later in the day although francesca kindly allowed us to make a coffee in the kitchen area.

Positive: I could not rate Villa Burlamacchi highly enough. Francesca and her staff make you feel special and truely pampered. The relaxed luxury of the villa, the friendly staff, and the superior culinary experience that is every meal, all combine to make your stay an exceptional experience. We will be back!

Negative: We used trains and taxis to get around as we didn't hire a car. However, it is easier to get around if you do have a car.
