Positive: The property was located in a very central area of Aveiro, which allowed us to walk everywhere during our stay. The place was very clean, organized, and well maintained. Rui is very responsive and proactive with his communication. He took some time to walk us through the apartment and give us city recommendations during check in and the check out process was very easy and straightforward.

Positive: Spacious, comfortable and located in the center of Aveiro. You can walk everywhere in the historic district and throughout downto2n. Rui was a great source of information and check on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. So many great restaurants to try that are close by!

Negative: The only possible negative is that there is a used record store below the unit. You can hear them playing music. We didn't find it to be a problem as they are open from about 10000 to 1800, when were out and about.
