Positive: The location is perfect for exploring Aveiro on foot. Rooms were so quiet I thought I was the only visitor, but they were fully booked. The kitchen was spacious in my studio and the bathroom, all marble, was beautiful. There was plenty of storage and hangers.

Positive: This place is perfect. Great location, super comfortable beds, very clean with superb modern and well thought out facilities. There’s a great coffee shop and bakery that opens at 8 across the way and the apartment owners were lovely, welcoming us with a delicious bottle of wine and great recommends for dinner - you have to go to O Batel amazing great value traditional Portuguese seafood, wine and hospitality! Loved Aveiro and loved this apartment! Thankyou for a great stay!

Positive: The rooms were fabulous. Studio flats with fully fitted kitchens, which we didn't use as we were only there for two nights. We did use the kettles and coffee machines however, and they were very useful. The hosts kindly moved me from green to grey room to be closer to my friend. The electric blinds were great and kept the room cool and very dark at night. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had a great range of channels in different languages including YouTube. It was useful having the desk area to charge up phones and do some writing. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had rain head and wand options, which I really appreciated. The suites are beautifully decorated and it was great having such a central base to come back to. You are right in the centre, and there can be some road noise but the double glazing is quite effective. I enjoyed having the balconies. Pedro and Claudia met us and gave us a lot of useful information and were always so helpful and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They arranged our taxi at the end of our trip, and we were sad to be leaving such a beautiful place.

Negative: I had downloaded the blue sky app to get entry to the room and it did work every time. However I had to be very conscious about the power on my phone. I had run out of power once once our holiday, and was worried I would have trouble getting into my room if I lost power in Aveiro. My friend hadn't downloaded the app and was given a card. In retrospect I would have been happier with the card option. But that's a was a minor thing, and the stay was amazing and I'd 100%recommend the ria centrum.

Positive: Great location and the facilities in are room are cozy.

Negative: Nothing to complain but the bathroom floor is marble pavement (??) and the dust and hair could stick easily when the humidity is high .
