Positive: The staff was very friendly and offered us an additional apartment when we complained that this wasn't what we rented. The position of the apartment is extremely central, and the proprietary offered us a 20% discount in the nearby restaurant.

Negative: We rented two apartments, because we were a bigger group, but there was confusion with previous tenants who extended their stay and we were offered another bigger apartment as a replacement. The problem was that instead of three full beds, we got two beds and a sofa, so the property owner offered us another small studio apartment, which was great of him. The problem was that this bug apartment had several problems: first of all there was a strong stench in the bathroom, coming from canalization and it only got worse during our stay. Some of the amenities didn't work properly, iron was broken, in order to get the password for the internet we had to open a junction box, and beddings were not adapted for the beds in the rooms (were smaller). Moreover, there were some visible stains on the sofa and the beds. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, so we didn't use it at all. In the rooms there were lamps that served purely for decoration as there were no power outlets nearby. In order to charge the phone, I had to unplug the TV. The heating in one of the bedrooms was malfunctioning, and over three days the temperature dropped to 14 degrees. Overall, for 400+ euros we were expecting much more.

Summary: Great communication, poor execution. Smelly and broken apartment
