Positive: Lady I met for the keys was very kind. The location is good: there are markets, cafes, restaurants nearby, and the trams and buses aren't far, and lots of attractions are walking distance. It was a good size, and well-equipped.

Negative: I prefer self-service check in; I told the lady when I expected to be there, and I hated that she had to wait because I was about 15-20 minutes later due to bus issues (Belgrade transit was a mess because the gov't had shut down some routes due to protests).

Positive: The location is quite central, close to the most of curiosities; walking distance to Knez Mihajlova, Kalemegdan, stores, markets etc. Apartment is renovated, well equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay. It is on the first floor in the building with the elevator. Apartment also has AC, combined washing machine and dryer. The owner is very kind and service minded. We had a flight delay so we arrived late in the night but he organized a key delivery despite late hours. On the departure day he was so kind to let us leave our luggage after the checkout. All in all, this is the first but not the last stay in this place for me.

Negative: The only downside is that due to some road works, the street apartment is located is quite busy meaning that some noise can be experienced.

Positive: The apartment is very well located. It is a one-way street and you hear the traffic morning and evening when people go and come back from work, but the rest of the time it is calm. It was great for one person, I think it is good for two; and can sleep three. It had utensils, big fridge, so you can also cook for yourself. There is an iron, extra pillow, big TV. I stayed for 5 nights and felt very comfortable. There is a 24/7 shop up the hill, so its very convenient, and a few good places to eat nearby. There is public transport nearby, but you really can just walk everywhere. Note that since public transport is free in Belgrade, getting a taxi was not so easy in general. Someone was waiting for me inside the apartment (I arrived a bit later than anticipated). A neighbor gave me their wifi password so that I can message that I have arrived. It would have been sensible to say that the apartment is the one in front of the stairs on the second floor- I would have knocked, since the neighbors let me in the building. I had not noticed that payment is in cash, but the person who waited for me took me to the nearest cash machine. And recommended the pizzeria right next to it. I didn't eat there after all, but I;d trust the locals.

Negative: I already mentioned to the host that the apartment needed deeper cleaning. The first thing I did was to clean again the floors. The rest was good. The balcony was unusable- not cleaned and some stuff left from the last renovation maybe. A new mop, washing powder, slippers, and kitchen towels would be great. It is really a nice place, and I think I noticed these missing things because I stayed longer. I think the owner is a sensible person and might have fixed these already.

Summary: Very convenient stay close to everything.
