Summary: The hotel is very close to the Chatucha market. There are hotel shuttles that can send us to the market. But we need to come back by our own. It will be great if we can take the shuttle bus back to hotel via the bus sending hotel customers to the market. Central Plaza shopping mall is right next to the hotel. We can go shopping & dining as we want. It is very confenient.

Summary: My experience wasn’t as good as expected. First the shower head had a crack on top and water spraying everywhere to the ceiling. After reported to the reception, they requested a maintenance personnel to replace it. But when I return to the room, the bathroom was messy, old shower head left on the wash basin and the floor towel was used by the maintenance personnel. It was not at all feel comfortable when I returned to the room. So I had to report to the reception again to get the house cleaning to clean up. Further, the Japanese restaurant at LL served me with not fully cooked pork chop, I already swallowed some and was so afraid of getting food poisoning.

Summary: Access to BTS is right there, central Lad Prao also there. Very convenient stay and the staff was the best staff I’ve ever encountered. So many of them and every single one was pleasant. It’s an older hotel now but still nice
