Positive: The location was amazing! Quick access to pretty much everything.

Negative: The outdoor pool furniture had mold all over it. The speakers barely worked by the pool. The first floor bedrooms didn’t offer closets, stands or any space to lay your luggage nor hang your clothes. The first floor bathroom didn’t offer any countertop space for anything. The second floor bedroom was amazing! The bathroom however only has half a shower door so water was everywhere. The third floor the bedroom with the two beds is to small for two beds so one bed should be moved to the other bedroom on that floor. The bathroom is weird also. None of the bathrooms offered floor mats or shower towels. The lead representative I communicated with was AMAZING!!! She responded and assisted quickly!! The location is great no matter where you’re going it’s 10/15mins from EVERYTHING. The home itself is beautiful but it lacked the simple necessities which are an easy fix for the next guest to be comfortable. I’d stay again!!

Positive: Newer property, quiet but close to FQ, safe, very comfortable beds.

Negative: No dining table or anywhere for the entire group to gather, missing things in kitchen such as a can opener, regular serving spoon. I think there were six coffee mugs provided for 11 people. Towels were provided for bathrooms, barely enough for the 11 people and none for half baths and none for washing or drying in the kitchen. The space is nice, but we chose to stay in a Vrbo to spend time together.. would be nice to have a gathering table.

Summary: Nice place, could be nicer with a little more attention spent on details.

Positive: I loved how central the location is everything was less than 10 mins away. The decor was truly exceptional. Spencer was quick to respond to anything I needed. I also appreciated the detailed instructions. The amenities were top tier. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Negative: I can’t see anything bad about Celeste it was truly a phenomenal stay!
