Negative: Too far from French Quarter (which is a big hassle if you are in New Orleans for Mardi Gras). No stores nearby - so could not walk to get groceries.

Summary: By itself, this is a nice property. However, for the price I paid, it did not meet my expectations.

Positive: The location was perfect, up and coming area felt very safe, modern decor of the home was beautiful, the rooftop was a special touch and the beds were alll so comfortable!!

Negative: Some areas of the home need more lighting and the first and third floors were hotter compared to the 2nd floor. The patio furniture was soaked due to rain wish they would have kept the cushions stored away until needed to be used.

Negative: The rooftop lights were not working and lights were needed. It would be nice to install lights around the perimeter to the light the pathway around the furniture and steps.
