Positive: Judy was incredible - super helpful, very quick to respond, easy to talk to and very supportive. The restaurant was large and the food was delicious. Rooms were a good size and the pool area was inviting. There was a 24 hour mini mart across the street.

Negative: The beds were a bit hard for our comfort. We travel with a person who uses a wheelchair and it was difficult for her to move around the property easily, although Judy made every effort to give us the most accessible options they had.

Summary: The staff and food are great and the area is quiet and interesting.

Positive: Judy was amazing, super kind and helpful! She organized a wonderful trip to Cat Ba National Park, taxis, transport and everything we needed. The Garden is beautiful, it's quiet and a really nice place to get away from the busy town. The food was good, but nothing special. The breakfast was very basic, but totally fine.

Negative: Our room was not super tidy, beds were fine, but there was quiet a lot of dust on the shelves. Also the bottle with in our had some mold inside. We changed room on arrival so this might be because it was not cleaned before - however it could have been cleaner. The bathroom is quiet simple, there is no shower cabin so everything gets wet. It's such a lovely place, it could be so much more!

Positive: Stuff was extremly helpful and always provide a great guidance. Place is calm and meet slow life values. You can really rest here.

Negative: I think that room could be better equiped like eg. for basic coffee, tea and hairdryer.
