Positive: I really loved this place! Erik was an excellent host and he made sure I felt welcomed. Everything in the property is taken care of and it feels like you are at home.

Negative: I have no complaints! It was great!

Summary: Erik is a great host and the beautiful dogs! Love them! It was convenient, comfortable and safe!

Positive: The place is small but it has everything you need, it's not that far from Miami Beach (great if u have a car or if u uber, but there's also a metro station next to it). The host was super kind, very friendly and has three super cute dogs! We didn't use it (didn't have the time) but there's also a huge pool in front of the house.

The place itself was incredibly cozy, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The host, Erik, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. And the best part? The three adorable and well-behaved dogs! They added such a special touch to my stay and made it even more memorable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Negative: I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect, from the location to the cozy atmosphere, the wonderful host, and the lovely dogs. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Negative: Heater drained house batteries on the coldest night in miami in the middle of the night. I got a cold because of the cold.
