Positive: What a gorgeous restoration and fascinating piece of history! I loved our spacious room and the exceptionally friendly staff. Tapas and drinks in the beautiful bar were lots of fun and I also enjoyed the (good value!) breakfast in the morning. Shower was awesome— instantly hot and high pressure.
Negative: My only critiques are that the mattress was too soft for me (personal preference of course), and a bill snafu that charged double drinks! Despite the staff’s best attempts, the incorrect amount still pulled from the bank.

Positive: It has been beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard. We liked being near the railway station as interesting and good position for the town. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Didn’t dislike anything.

Positive: The architecture, the atmosphere and the all around art of the place is a sight to see. The place is clean and elegant. It was a wonderful place to stay. The history attached to this hotel is phenomenal. I enjoyed our stay and the customer service was great. I felt like a queen for the day in the large room. It's not only filled with art but is spacious and cozy. You won't regret a stay here.
