Positive: the location, the deck facing the water and the sun esp in the morning. Not to far away from the supermarket which you can having anything. The house is equipped with a full stocked kitchen is fantastic to cook meals for the family.

Positive: It is a wonderful house at the Casco Bay, with a fantastic view, great location, very quiet. House is pretty big, fits 6 people, has everything you may need in the kitchen, as well as nice gym area. Would love to stay there again.

Positive: Location to Brunswick and all Harpwell had to offer was amazing. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The views from the back of the house are stunning!

Negative: Nothing...it was an amazing stay and will stay at this property again. It was perfectly located and the roads well maintained (we were there during lots of snow).

Positive: The property is fabulous - location is excellent, the view is amazing and peloton bike made it so much easier to stick to the daily exercise routine. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of storage and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby Brunswick and as we went out of season, there was a lot to see and none of the queues. It really is a very magical place.

Negative: Washing machine was broken, we were notified 3 weeks before arrival that it won’t get fixed but Vacasa (the management company) didn’t offer any solution and I had to chase them every couple of days to get a very modest discount to cover the price of the launderette. Washing machine on holiday is not a luxury, it is a necessity so it would have been nice if I did not have to waste my time worrying about it prior to arrival, it is really quite simple! If there is a problem, offer a solution and ensure your guests can enjoy their holiday! Vacasa was literally my only criticism of the property

Positive: I want to start off by saying, we did love the home. Access to the garage is nice although there is no way to open the garage from the outside as we didn’t know the pass code. It’s a great location with beautiful scenery.

Negative: This house is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but it’s like it needs a good scrub down. I’m not sure if the house had been shut up for a while, but it had a musty smell. Then most of the counters were dirty. The edges around the bathtub and shower needed cleaned as well. Also, we followed the instructions for the heating, but it never kicked on in the front portion of the house. This was particularly bad for the bedroom. There is a thermostat in the bedroom as well, but we did not have access to it.

Summary: This is a gorgeous home, but it needs some TLC.

Positive: Location is private but not isolated and directly on ocean. Newly renovated. Large bathrooms, decor, beds, pillows, yard, deck, directly beside ocean, furniture, amenities, private locations, quiet evenings on deck. 2 large bedrooms. Portable fans for each room. High end kitchen has everything you need and more- appliances, large and small, even had food procesdor and ice machine. Nearby hiking trails on Orr's and Baily's islands are amazing, especially the Giants Staircase is an unbelievable ocean side hike. High end large BBQ and amazing Solo campfire pit outsid. Provided indoor board games and outdoor bean bag toss game and bocce ball set were great fun. 4 folding camp chairs for use by the fire were great to have. 15 minutes to groceries or Walmart, 25 minutes to Freeport.

Negative: No air conditioning. Internet was poor, frequently could not connect to it. Someone locked out Netflix on smart tv. ext.. Basement not inviting, no venting. Nearby heavy equipment location noise started at 7am every morning. "Extra" trundel beds are not standard length. Needs more curtains in screen room.
