Positive: Couldn't go wrong with a special # like that... 1956 :) Easy & safe parking on-site, only one set of stairs, air-con was effective, self-serve breakfast was adequate, instructions by the host were quick and clear, comfy bed, value for money. Perfect for our needs!

Positive: The location is wonderful, in the deep countryside 10 paces away from a shopping mall and anything you might need or want is there. The building itself is very well taken care of with most of the facilities one needs including aircon (a real necessity in the area), a fully fitted kitchen, where one can cook and eat comfortably, the space is aplenty and only having three rooms there are never more than maximum 6 people so very good. Space to park the car is abundant, there is a lovely garden with very comfy furniture with a breathtaking panorama. Could not be happier. The owners are absolutely incredibly helping and caring, the handmade cakes for breakfast the prompt response regardless of the hour was way beyond expectations. So yes, I would book again in a heartbeat.

Negative: I believe there was a problem with electricity in the building, the TV woul dnot stay on and had burned marks on the screen which spoiled the experience, there is little info on how to access foreign channels (if they actually had on the tv, I could not find them), I speak italian so not a big issue but for others I guess it was a problem. Also one has to remove the key from the slot to lock the door from the inside, this shuts down electricity in less than a minute, if you forget or are not quick, you have to switch everyting on again, including the TV, aircon, and if you are in the dark that is a mess... It would be a lot better if the doors had keyless locks on the inside, similar to those in the UK where a twist of the lever locks and unlocks the door, leaving the key alone. The electric issue reflects on the AirCon that stops erratically not having enough electricity, the lights flicker badly, and the shower temperature fluctuates with the flicking of the lights... it is not massively annoying and it could be fixed easily with a bigger wattage system. I noticed I could not dry my hair while my neighbour was having a shower for example.

Positive: Freshly renovated Airbnb. Spacious bedroom with bathroom. Kitchen available shared by 2 other bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood. On site parking. Great host.

Positive: The owner couple was very kind. Carmine, the husband, was a great help as he called several restaurants on Sunday, the day of our arrival, to find one that was open for dinner. It was a very comfortable stay, just like being at home.
