Positive: Very spacious and comfortable flat. Has all the basics. The host is very friendly and good communication. Cody, their dog is very friendly.

Negative: It was a little bit difficult to identify the right drive down to the house (there is a small arrow on the pillar) - it's the one without the gate.

Negative: just an advice for those with walking difficulties: to get to the apartment there was a fairly steep staircase

Positive: Spacious apartment with own kitchen. A very warm welcome caused by the fresh baked cake by Chiara. Gianluca is the best host we ever had. He gave tips for lunch/dinner and helped us out with parking at the station of Zagarolo (12 minutes drive). Apartment is fully equiped and has a great terrace with nice view.

Negative: Nothing!
