Negative: Our stay at this hotel was overshadowed by a serious invasion of privacy. Without our knowledge or consent, staff members photographed our balcony and personal belongings using a zoom lens from the opposite balcony. At check-out, these photos were presented to us to justify an additional charge of 2,000 baht. The issue was not noise or disturbance—there was none. The real problem was the hotel’s intrusive monitoring of guests and the use of secretly taken photos as “evidence.” This behavior is completely unacceptable for any accommodation and raises major concerns about how they treat visitors. Additionally, housekeeping never came to replace our towels during the entire stay, yet we were still asked to pay extra because they were “dirty” after several days of use. This felt like another unjustified attempt to extract extra money. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the invasion of privacy, the inappropriate surveillance, and the unprofessional handling of extra charges.

Positive: The hotel is decent, near to lrt. Amenities and toiletries provided which is good. Not too loud too as we stayed at upper floor. Overall the hotel is comfortable.

Negative: Some of the male staff could be more welcoming. The hotel only provide one chair in the room, even though the room is for 2, makes it difficult for one to stand when want to use the small table. We forgot to set the room cleaning button at 10am and the room was not cleaned the next day. Where most hotel will clean the room by default without turning on the cleaning button.
