Positive: Great location, plenty of space for 4 people . Off street parking.

Negative: Under the airport flight path. Some kitchen items not included. Needed more comfortable seating inside and outside.

Positive: Wonderful property that comfortably suited our party of 8. Clean, modern, comfortable. Decent location if you’re fine with a short walk downtown. The airplanes did fly directly above the property and loud if outside, but it didn’t bother us sleeping. Check in was easy with code for door.

Negative: The two adjacent apartments wouldn’t lock which caused anxiety for some of our party. Would have loved a fire pit or a grill for the backyard but that’s understandable.

Positive: We were staying in apartment number 22. Very good communication with the host, a code is enough to enter, no key is needed. Private parking space, supermarket opposite, center 10 minutes walk. The apartment is very spacious with generous facilities, each room has its own bathroom plus a bathroom on the ground floor. There are two sets of towels, light for the bathroom, dark for the spa, a hairdryer, and a supply of toilet paper. Air conditioning in every room. A shared garden and a terrace by one of the bedrooms are available.A bottle of wine, water, local tea and cookies awaited us as a welcome.

Negative: For such a large apartment, there is very little small kitchen equipment (small glasses, few sharp knives, for example, a grater , scraper etc. is missing... on the other hand, there is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher with enough washing tablet, fridge, freezer...) In the apartment the washing machine that was mentioned on the booking was not available (dryer, pegs, iron are available). There was no table or chair to sit on either the lower or the upper terrace. Unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches and ants.

Positive: Good location, 10 minutes walk from City Centre, shopping nearby, good parking option, which is very imporatant. On the street there might be a problem to find space and streets are very narrow which causes often incidents (scratches on cars). Two comfortable bedrooms with own bath, additional bath on ground floor. Very well equipped kitchen with large window to the garden.

Negative: The house is directly under the air corridor of the airport (very close) which causes noise several times during the day. There could be more space in wardrobes. If you cpome for longer than 2 days you don't have enough space for your clothes. Some additional hangers in the bathroom would be useful. The house in winter is very wet, but this is, I'm afraid, reality of Azores. The towels could not dry within 3 days.

Negative: Our only issue was the lack of heat on the main floor, as it was quite damp.
