Negative: Only provided body soap, shampoo, other toiletries none. When asked for toothbrush, was told villa doesn't provide, need to buy if needed. No body lotion, hair conditioner, face towel, indoor slippers. Tea & coffee only provided during breakfast. Feels like staying in a 2 star or less hotel. The breakfast was the simplest, 3 mornings only bread, eggs, tea & coffee. 3rd morning had an extra piece of pancake. It's a vast difference from Marriott Nusa Dua we stayed 3 night prior to Casablama. But we paid double! Changing of towels and bed sheets needed few reminders.
Summary: Despite of the high rates we paid, feels like less than 2 star standard
