Negative: The rooms were a bit dark and we were expecting a hot tub but then realised it was the bath. This was a bit misleading.

Positive: We spent 4 nights in this lovely property in the heart of Tuscany. The owner was friendly and helpful. The house is fully equipped for a great family vacation, including everything you need for cooking family meals. 5 minute drive to a large supermarket. The garden is huge and beautiful! Quiet, peaceful location, with good access to many Tuscany attractions. Perfect place for a star trip.

Positive: Great villa for a family stay. Well-appointed with lots of thoughtful inclusions. Comfortable beds, good hot water pressure. Being a winter stay we used the fireplace for a cozy evening toasting marshmallows as well as the outside wood bbq for a delicious dinner. Great location for exploring Tuscany - really close to Siena but felt like a world away. So much space around the villa - including for a family football game. Contact with Rita was great, and appreciated the maps, guidebooks and local restaurant suggestions. Would love to come back in summer and enjoy the pool.
