Positive: Guido is an excellent host, he welcomed us and gave us all the necessary information about the house. He was also willing to recommend places for quality food. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen includes all the basic items. The location of the house is in the countryside and about 10 minutes from Siena. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Positive: The apartment was clean, cosy and spacious. They had facilities that we needed such as, washing machine (detergent included), drying rack, ironing board and iron, many utensils for cooking and free coffee (moka pot). There was a small private garden outside which was beautiful....fresh air in the morning which was nice to enjoy with some coffee. You can park your car outside your apartment for free. It was about a 10-minute drive from Siena, and there was a Co.op supermarket about 5 mins drive from the apartment. The owners were super friendly and were very helpful. They provided a few recommendations (restaurants, towns to visit etc) and we tried most of them, and they were superb. Highly recommend staying in this place if you are intending to visit the towns in Tuscany.

Positive: Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. The hosts are really kind and nice persons. We travelled with a small dog, there is no extra charge for her. The garden surrounded with a fence, the dog can be outside freely. Great place, highly recommended!

Negative: Sometimes the neighbour upstaires bit noisey.

Positive: A very friendly host met us on the spot. The apartment is new and equipped with everything you need. The host welcomed us with a package of local sweets which was very nice. Parking was in the courtyard right outside the apartment entrance.

Positive: Well situated, well equipped. Owner helpful and apologetic when we arrived. Only then we were told of the building work.

Negative: The property was marketed as detached and wasn't, with noisy overhead neighbours. The owner was having significant building work on his own property next door, which was very noisy during the day (and could be heard from inside and outside the property). The agent managing property was uncontactable, making check in difficult, waiting outside a gate for 30 mins. In summary a disappointing stay.
