Positive: Fantastic flat that is very spacious. Well located and good facilities. We were also able to park for a very small charge.

Negative: Only thing would be the addition of a shower screen in the main bathroom so the shower attachment could be used but it certainly wasn’t an issue for us.

Positive: We're travelling with my mum and looking for a place where we could chill in the morning or evening if we didn't feel like going out. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We had all the cookware to prepare full meals in some of the evenings. It's well located in a quiet street but still near the old town (10 minutes walk). It has a few good restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops near by, and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Positive: The apartment is big and comfortable for 2 couples or a family, eventhough it was just the 2 of us. The kitchen is big and well equipped, as we cooked in most of the time. Washing machine, AC, Wi-Fi, all work perfectly. The basic necessity household items/ supplies (eg. toiletries, shampoo, detergents, towels, etc...) were beyond sufficient for the number of days (18) we were there. Easy walk to park, old town, supermarket, restaurants, and shops. A+ Thank you Francesco for helping us with the luggages, the treats on the first day and a very special Lecce's pastries 🥰.

Negative: Because of the location, right downtown, you do have to pay for parking, unless you have a small car then you can park inside the gate, for a small fee, which we couldn't do, our car was big😩. But this issue would not deter us from staying here again in the future.

Positive: Francesco is a fantastic host, we arrived 90 mins late due to train issues and Francesco picked us up from the station. The apartment has fully fitted kitchen, Aircon in lounge and bedrooms. Located in a quiet street just off a main shopping street with a short walk to historic centre, I would recommend highly. Francesco even brought us a famous Lecce breakfast. Mmmm

Positive: The apartment was very large, quiet, very clean and well located. At first the street appears a bit drab but once you turn the corner you are surrounded by up market shops and cafes. We spent a week and were very pleased with the flat. The owner was extremely kind. We highly recommend this apartment.

Positive: Extremely positive experience...both with Booking and communication with the property owner (Francesco). Absolutely one of the best. I was provided with the WIFI code in advance of arrival allowing me to quickly jump on a video call upon our arrival. Could not have been better or more accomodating. We will certainly look to stay at Casa Vergara during our next visit.

Positive: The apartment was large, nice, comfortable, and well located. The host was very nice and most helpful. All was very good.

Negative: There is very little that I would have changed. Really, all was very good. My friend and I stayed 11 nights and enjoyed our stay at the apartment and Lecce very much. Would return with pleasure.
